This is Charlize Glass and she is about to blow you away with her crazy dance moves! She’s only 12 years old, but you can’t tell from her impressive performance to Beyoncé’s “Partition.” You can see the pure amazement on the faces of the other dancers in the room, and to think she’s ONLY going to get better!
