There’s nothing more difficult than figuring what to get your kid for their birthday. With countless of advertisements taking their expectations to an unrealistically high level, who knows what’s going to make them jump for joy anymore?

Video games and barbies aren’t meaningful. That’s why this dad decided to give his daughter something she would remember forever.

For his daughter’s 5th birthday, he created a 50-meter drinking straw in their vacation home. It starts at their table, wraps around their entire home, and ends all the way down at their garden. Somewhere in the middle, it even spells out “Happy Birthday.”

There’s no telling what gave this ambitious dad the idea to go somewhere no dad has gone before, but during his daughter’s nap time, he managed to create a birthday present to remember. You go, Dad!
