If you knew you were about to eat your last meal, what would you choose? Whether you believe in the death penalty or not, it must be a very eerie and terrifying feeling knowing your last meal is right around the corner.

I suppose the 12 famous convicts in this video had plenty of time to reflect back on their lives and think about their coming end days. The inmates featured in this video are some of the most famous and, for lack of a better word, bad criminals our country has seen.

From John Wayne Gacy and Timothy McVeigh, to Ted Bundy, these inmates would be considered some of the worst of the worst. But when you see what they chose for their last meal it almost makes you forget about their crimes and see them as just a regular person. When I was watching this video I was wondering why they chose the meal that they did. Was it something they ate as a child? Did their grandma make it for them at one point?

Whatever the reason behind their choices were, I must admit some of these meal choices shocked me and crept me out … like Ricky Ray Rector who didn’t eat his slice of pecan pie because he was, “saving it for later.”
