Every so often, a special, unlikely bond forms between two animals. The results are almost always adorable. That was the case with this rambunctious dog and an adorable baby elephant. Yup, just wait till you see their play date. 

Someone brought their dog into the Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai, Thailand and let it run wild. It’s obvious that the dog knows he’s faster than the lumbering baby beast, but the elephant doesn’t let that stop him. The little fella even voices his frustration as the dog runs circles around him.

Even though he can’t match the agility and speed of the canine, he tries his best to keep up with it. He gets so frustrated towards the end that he thrashes some brushes around in a final, adorable display of defeat before ultimately returning to the herd.
