When Ashley met Wagner, it was love at first sight. She knew from that moment on, the two would spend happily ever after together as great companions, and they did.
Ashley Lang spent 12 amazing years with her beloved Golden Retriever, Wagner, until he passed away from natural causes. As sorrowful as she felt, she knew he lived a long, fulfilling life, smothered in love and with so many great memories.
That’s why she wanted to do something special for him in his memory. She wanted to spread his ashes all over the park where they once played together so that he could forever remain in harmony.

But she never imagined the remarkable to happen.
As she stood in the middle of the park where they once played fetch and frisbee, she tossed his ashes in the sky. Her friend was able to snap a photo at the perfect time, with the ashes frozen in the air.
But when the two took a closer look at the photo, they couldn’t believe their eyes.

Behold, mid air, was the shape of her beloved Wagner, playing with her for one last time. At least, that’s what the world wanted her to see. What do you think?

Ashley tells CBS, “It’s pretty remarkable…the tail and the legs and he looks like he’s, you know, leaping to go up. Everyone keeps calling him the angel dog.”
