Even if you’re not a fan of game shows, you probably know all about Jeopardy. This game show has been on the air for over thirty years and has had the same host for the majority of its run. But have you ever seen an episode of the show where no one won?

On the January 18th, the three contestants fell flat after betting it all on the final question. Let’s see if you can figure it out! The “Final Jeopardy” clue, in the category “State Capitals” was: “A 1957 event led to the creation of a National Historic Site in this city, signed by a president whose library is now there too.”

For only the fourth time in the show’s 32-year history, there was no winner. All of the three contestants guessed incorrectly. The answers included “What is Atlanta?”, “What is Austin?” And “What is Springf-” (she was going for Springfield). The correct answer was Little Rock, Arkansas, with the historic event being the forced integration of public schools, and the president being Bill Clinton.

“We have three players finishing with no money,” host Alex Trebek announced. “And what that means, ladies and gentlemen is that we’ll have no returning champion. We’ll introduce three new players tomorrow. So, sorry folks.”
