There are few things more powerful in this world than parental instincts. The desire for a mom or dad to protect their child from imminent danger or dangerous situations is strong. Parents are willing to do anything for their children. This instinct doesn’t just relate to humans. These instincts are strong in the animal kingdom as well!

In the below video, we can see these instincts at work. A mother cat’s kitten has fallen into a ditch and can’t get himself out. No matter how hard the poor little baby tries, it can’t manage to get itself out of the ditch. That’s when mom comes along to the rescue.

At first, she has to plan out how exactly she is going to save her child. Try as they might, this kitten can’t seem to jump out. In fact, the cat falls down the hill and all hope seems like it’s lost!

When mom sees this, she knows exactly what to do. She runs down the hill and makes the save! Mother and child have been reunited. What an amazing video!
