I don’t care what kind of diet your on…dessert is a MUST! I thought that making a healthy dessert with three ingredients was impossible but it turns out it’s actually pretty simple!
She made three different types of mousse using only THREE ingredients! A chocolate mousse, blackberry mousse and a lime mousse! Avocado and agave are the main ingredients and then you can add in anything you want as the third! Chocolate, blackberry or even lime! This is a great way to satisfy your sweet tooth the healthy way!
