Jamie was ecstatic to be marrying the man of her dreams, Matt. She imagined her wedding day to be perfect, filled with all of their closet family and friends with them while they say their vows. But when the special day came, her beloved Grandma Pat fell extremely ill and was rushed to the hospital.

Rather than letting Grandma miss out on this special day, Jamie and Matt decided to give her an incredible surprise!

On their wedding day, Grandma Pat had no idea she’d be apart of the big day because of her inability to leave her hospital bed.

Watch the happy couple walk through the hospital halls in their wedding gown and suit to surprise Grandma Pat. When they finally entered the room, I nearly lost it! What a beautiful reaction!
