Whenever I celebrate birthdays with my friends and family, I try to come up with the most creative and genuine birthday cards. Sure, the store-bought cards are great, but I love to add some personal flare to show my love!

From photos that capture your favorite memories together, to crafty scrapbooking paper and stickers, the options are truly endless.

After watching this video, I have found inspiration for my next homemade birthday card. This thoughtful dad came up with the genius idea to record his 2-year-old daughter, Claire, wishing her mom a happy birthday.

Claire lists the reasons why she loves her mom to show that she truly is the, “GREATEST mommy.” She starts by saying there are a lot of reasons why her mom holds the title for ‘World’s Greatest Mom,’ and it couldn’t be cuter.

She even adds that she’s the best cook, because who are we kidding? Moms know best when it comes to whipping up a delicious meal in the kitchen!

But then things takes an emotional turn. Your heart will just about melt when she tears up and says, “You work so hard, and I miss you when you’re gone.” I would like to think I speak for all daughters close with their moms when I say that feeling never really goes away!
