The doctors prepare the patient just like any other emergency room procedure. He’s dressed in a hospital gown and already under anesthesia – or so it seems.

Joseph Elkins is the man behind this carefully planned scene. He recruited the help of the doctors and nurses standing beside him, all so he could surprise the love of his life. The nurse that comes storming into the emergency room with urgency and determination is actually Elkins’ long-time girlfriend.

When she realizes who she is supposed to be operating on, she just about freaks out! With too many emotions running through her head, she is unsure what to think. Then in a moment of utter disbelief, Elkins proposes! This bride-to-be never expected a surprise like this to come her way.
