Hope For Paws got a call one day about a dog that was living in a water treatment facility. They immediately sprung into action getting ready to do everything they could to help.

This rescue was tricky since they had to keep the dog away from the chemical filled tanks that surrounded them.

They tried throwing bits of cheeseburger to him in order to get him to come closer but he insisted on keeping his distance. They were finally able to catch him and get him into their vehicle. He immediately began to show his rescuers affection and knew he was in safe hands. After getting a name (Mufasa), a bath and LOTS of treats, Mufasa has settled in with his foster family and is ready to live the rest of his years with his loving family!
