If you’re like me, you will always be a big Cher fan. She made some pretty amazing music way back when, and the stuff that she did with Sonny was pretty fantastic as well. I’m not as big of a fan of her new music, but if it all sounded this good, I might change my mind.

Ella Henderson took the stage for X Factor UK with a smile on her face and an interesting choice of song, “Believe” by Cher. When she starts singing, she completely owns the song.

It’s an amazing, nuanced performance that takes the original song and brings it forward as a whole new version. It really is a stirring performance, and it knocked everybody off their feet – even the judges!
