Trish Wimberley is not your typical animal caretaker as her animal of choice happens to be one that would make most run for cover. But what Trish helps us remember is, that all animals are living creatures who deserve love and care, no matter what they look like! 

And this is exactly what Trish Wimberley does. Looking after hundreds of orphaned baby bats, Trish does something most people wouldn’t dare. She spends every waking hour caring for these younglings, rearing them until they can be released back into the wild.

Now, when I mention bats, chances are most people cringe and turn up their noses. This is exactly what I did at first too! But then I watched these precious little animals being cared for and tended to, and I immediately fell in love!
