A kid’s first day at school is heart wrenching for both parent and child. The child has never been out of the home and in the care of others, while the parent is caught wondering where in the world all the time went. This little girl saved the waterworks and went the “shatter-your-heart-into-a-million-pieces” route.

She’s inconspicuously playing on one end of the room one minute, and running into daddy’s arms the next! The way she waddles across the floor while giggling and shouting for joy as pops picks her up to go home. What a wonderful image.
