If you polled Americans and asked them what their favorite food was, a good majority of them would say either pizza or bacon. When the two come together, it’s really quite magical. Unfortunately, you can really only combine the two when bacon is used as a pizza topping. No longer will that be the case.

If you’re in need of a last minute Halloween potluck dish, this will surely be a crowd pleaser! Why am I so certain, you ask? Well because it’s a combination of our favorite things! 

This Bacon Pizza Rolls recipe is a knockout! It’s plenty for a small group, but you’ll have to be careful to not eat the entire serving yourself!

Next time you’re at the grocery store, grab… 

Pizza dough

Pizza seasoning

BBQ sauce

Bacon

Roasted onions

Cheddar cheese

Pickled chili

First, roll out pizza dough flat, spread a thin layer of BBQ sauce and pizza seasoning evenly. Grate the cheddar cheese, add onions and chilis. Roll up the pizza dough like a cinnamon roll.

Then, lay out the bacon vertically and wrap the dough roll evenly. Prepare your oven or grill to 350 degrees and bake for approximately 30 minutes. Slice and serve!
