Deep in the Mediterranean Sea off the coast of Turkey swam a group of divers in search of amazing discoveries. They shined their flashlights on colorful fish and beautiful plants, but it was a monstrosity in the distance that caught their eye.

Far away was a giant, mysterious bubble majestically floating around in the water. The divers had never seen anything like it before, so they approached it was caution and curiosity. When they got a closer look they shined their lights on the monstrosity to discover is was a giant ball of floating squid eggs.

What looked like a bunch of tiny balloons was actually thousands of eggs on the verge of hatching.

It’s a sight buried deep within the wonders of the waters, and one very few have the privilege to see. I can only imagine how breathtaking it was to see this wonder in person.
