Instead Of Replacing All Your Old, Outdated Bathroom Tiles, Make It Brand New By Doing THIS!

Bathroom renovations are both thrilling and challenging because once transformed, using a beautifully designed bathroom can be an indulgent experience. On the other hand, renovating a bathroom can often be trickier than expected, not to mention costly. This is because of its very nature– a wet room that integrates multiple services into a relatively small space.

The intricacies sometimes involved cause us to neglect that part of the house for some time. But it does not have to be that way.

Maude & Phyllis make the tough bathroom renovation seem like child’s play. Just grab XIM Tile Doc, a paint roller, a paint tray, Comet cleaner, foam brushes, a face mask, latex gloves, sandpaper, caulking, and painter’s tape.

The first step involves deep-cleaning the whole area and rinsing it off.

Then sand everything using waterproof 400-grit sandpaper, clean and dry again. Next, remove old caulking, tape off your fixtures, and prepare the paint by applying new tape, covering the fixtures and tub.

Paint all the edges and the grout with foam brush, and then go over the whole thing with a foam roller.

You will need to allow the paint to fully dry, and repeat the coats to achieve the desired finish. Allow it dry for three days before applying new chalk. Allow that to dry and then celebrate!

SHARE the love and pass it on.
