She Slices Into The Cake To Reveal One Of The Biggest Kept Secrets!

Ashley Rego

Some refer to him as Sasquatch, others prefer Yeti, but I just know him as Bigfoot.

Whether you believe in his existence or not, the truth behind the folklore remains a mystery to us all.

There are those who swear to Bigfoot sightings in heavily forested areas, those who have stumbled upon unusual footprints in dense woodlands and those who claim to have come in direct contact with the fabled creature.

Pictures have been captured, creating controversy over the reality of the alleged beast. Is there a logical explanation behind the gigantic being? Is there truly an inexplicable living being roaming our earth, or is the whole thing just one giant hoax?

While I can’t be certain to any of these questions, I do know one thing for sure – I heard of a Bigfoot spotting…in a bundt cake!

Follow the instructions below to make your very own Bigfoot bundt cake to surprise your own family and friends!

Ingredients:
Pre-made chocolate cake
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Cut out pieces of the chocolate cake using the Bigfoot cookie cutter. Set aside.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
In the bowl of an electric mixer, cream the butter and sugar, and then add the eggs one at a time until combined.
Alternate the flour mixture with the buttermilk and vanilla just until combined.
Generously grease a bundt pan. Pour a layer of batter along the bottom of the pan, then place the Bigfoot cake pieces upside down, randomly around the cake pan. Carefully pour in the rest of the batter over and around the cake pieces until they are just covered.
Place the filled bundt pan on a baking sheet (in case of spillage) and bake for 1 hour or until a skewer test comes out clean.
Let the cake cool in the pan until the pan is cool to the touch, then turn the cake out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
Slice the cooled cake to reveal the hidden Bigfoots.
