For whatever reason, we try to hide the fact that we use bobby pins. Sure, for things like updos it makes sense to use bobby pins that match the color of your hair and to try to tuck them in as inconspicuously as possible so as to not distract from the updo. But what about for other situations? Like those times when you’re simply pinning your hair off to the side? Or wearing it in a casual half-up-half-down?

The ladies behind these videos asked the same questions and decided that it’s time that we stop hiding our bobby pins — at least stop hiding them all the time.
