He just ran a 69-yard touchdown for the University of Nebraska’s football team, and guess what, he’s only 7 years old! 

Jack Hoffman was diagnosed with brain cancer back in April of 2011. Since then, he has gone through multiple invasive surgeries, suffered from constant seizures and trudged through several weeks of chemotherapy. But he hasn’t lost his beaming positive spirit and tough mentality!

While the battle may not be over just yet, doctors are happy to announce that Jack’s tumor has finally stabilized and shrunk substantially. The family remains fully optimistic of Jack’s full recovery.

To help cheer on the adorable little boy through his battle with cancer, is professional athlete and former Nebraska Husker, Rex Burkhead, who know plays for the Cincinnati Bengals. He has made it his mission to spearhead “Team Jack,” the support network that helped arrange Jack’s famous touchdown!  

This incredible moment stole the heart of more than 60,000 fans in the stadium, along with millions of others who have viewed the now viral video!
