1/4 box of graham crackers
2 tablespoons of walnut pieces
4 tablespoons of butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon of salt
8 ounces of cream cheese
3 tablespoons of sour cream
1/4 cup of granulated sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1/4 cup of vanilla cake mix
1/4 cup of sprinkles
Add your graham crackers, walnuts, salt and butter to a food processor and mix until you have crumbs. After spraying your pan with non-stick spray add about two teaspoons of crust mixture to each individual tin and press down.
Mix together your cream cheese, sour cream and vanilla until it’s well combined. Add your egg and incorporate into the batter. Add a few tablespoons of your sugar, cake mix and sprinkles into the batter, stirring as you go. Be careful not to over mix!
Divide your batter evenly among your muffin tins and bake in a 350 degree oven for about 15 minutes.
Allow your cheesecakes to cool before enjoying. Your friends will definitely want this recipe so be sure to SHARE the love and pass it on!
