There is only ONE thing better than cake…ICE CREAM CAKE!

Most homemade ice cream cakes I see are made from store bought ice cream sandwiches and are pretty boring to look at. However, THIS ice cream cake is on another level!

Using a plastic bag she pipes her ice cream into a cake pan in a target pattern and for every layer she alternates the flavors. I was confused as to why she did that but just wait until she cuts into it!

This cake is easy to make and has an AMAZING outcome!
