Here at JumbleJoy we love all things dessert related. During this festive holiday season, why not surprise your family and friends with something spectacular on the dessert table? Try these peanut butter chocolate M&M truffles. From the list of ingredients in the name, you already know this is a taste of heaven.
To make these delights, you will need:
- 1 ½ cups peanut butter,
- ½ cup melted butter
- 2 ½ cups powdered sugar
- ½ cup M&Ms
- 1 packet of chocolate chips
In a bowl, mix together the peanut butter, melted butter, powdered sugar, and M&Ms. Then take handful amounts and roll into small balls.
On a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, place the balls a couple of inches apart, and freeze for 20 minutes.
In a separate bowl, melt chocolate chips in the microwave for 1 minute. Tip: Be sure to use a spoon or spatula to mix the chocolate chips after 30 seconds, so it does not burn.
Dip each delectable ball into the chocolate and return to the cookie sheet. Add one M&M on top of each, and chill until firm.
Enjoy! You can thank us later!
