She Cracks An Egg Into Something BRILLIANT And I’m Left Drooling!

Stephanie Manley shows us how to make baked avocados and eggs, and here’s some fair warning…this video will probably make you drool!

The recipe is easy enough to recreate – simply remove the seed from the avocado, along with some of the meat inside to provide more room for the egg. Wrap some tinfoil around the outside, then, crack an egg into the hollowed out avocado. Season to your liking and then pop into a 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes, depending on how hard you like your yolk.

Yep, it’s that easy! I can’t wait to make these for breakfast…maybe top it off with some bacon crumbles!
