To make, you will need 3 cups of chopped, cooked chicken, 1 red pepper, ½ onion, 1 tomato, 1—19 ounce can of black beans, 1 tablespoon of chili powder, 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, ½ cup of barbecue sauce, ½ cup of ketchup, 2 cups of chicken broth, 2 cups of macaroni pasta and 2 cups of shredded cheese.

First, dice the red pepper, onion, and tomato, and set aside. Cook the chicken and then chop into small pieces.

In your crock pot, put in the chicken, red pepper, onion, tomato, black beans, chili powder, garlic, barbecue sauce, ketchup, and chicken broth. Turn it on a low speed and cook for 4 – 6 hours.

After that time, give the mix a stir, then add the pasta and cook for 25 more minutes. To make this tasty treat extra special, add the shredded cheese and give it a good stir.
