This chocolate croissant bread pudding is unlike anything you have ever tasted before.

Croissant Bread Pudding

You’ll need:

3 large egg yolks

1 cup of milk

1/2 cup of heavy cream

1/2 cup of granulated sugar

1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon of kosher salt

1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg

3 croissants cut into 1-inch pieces

2 ounces of bittersweet chocolate

Croissant Bread Pudding

To begin, whisk your egg yolks, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, salt and nutmeg until well combined. Add your croissant and chocolate pieces to the mixture and stir.

Pour your mixture into a greased 2-quart baking dish and bake for 30 minutes in a 375 degree oven.
