If you’re a parent you know how valuable and precious one-on-one time is with your little ones. They grow up so fast and before you know it you’ll be missing the days of chasing them around and cleaning up their messes!

This video embodies just how precious that time is and how hectic but extremely rewarding it all is. For this family both parents work, so while the wife was away at work on a Saturday dad was at home with daddy duty. She would come home from work and he would tell her about his day and all the things him and their son did. But he felt like just telling her wasn’t enough.

So to really show his wife what happened at home while she was away at work he set up a camera! He started shooting this video from the time his son woke up from his nap till it was time for dinner. Overall he clocked in about 3.5 hours of footage but shrunk it down to this adorable time-lapsed version.

This video has caught on like wildfire and became a huge viral success. It shows the amazing bond between this father and son but I think what’s equally amazing is the love he has for his wife. He said the reason he created this video was “to make his wife smile.” What an amazing family they must be!
