There are some desserts that are so out of this world that you just can’t believe how delicious they taste. That is the case with this fried peanut butter recipe. In one word: amazing!
We know you will want to try these ASAP, so here’s what you need: Pillsbury crescent rounds, peanut butter, canola oil and powdered sugar.
First, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place individual rounded tablespoons of peanut butter onto it.
Place the baking sheet in the freezer and leave it there until the peanut butter is frozen.
When the peanut butter is ready, roll out the dough and make 2” circles. You should probably end up with 15 or so.

Assemble by placing the frozen peanut butter balls into the center of each dough circle and wrapping the dough around.

Heat a pot of oil to 350°F. While the oil is heating up, place the wrapped balls back into the freezer. When the oil is ready, place one or two peanut butter balls gently into the oil and fry them until they are golden on both sides.
