Soft-boiled eggs are one of those things that I just can’t seem to get right. They either turn out super runny, or so over cooked that the yolk has started to turn grey!
Thanks To America’s Test Kitchen, however, I think there’s hope for me yet! After 6 weeks of trial and error and over 1,000 eggs later, the people over at the popular cooking show have finally discovered the foolproof method to cooking soft-boiled eggs.
Let’s hope they’re right because one of my husband’s favorite things to eat in the morning are soft-boiled eggs and I can’t wait to surprise him with the perfect breakfast thanks to this nifty trick!
