If you’re searching for a fun treat to serve your guests, look no further than Disney Diner’s Cheese Danish French Toast recipe from Cinderella’s Royal Table. A delicious cheese danish fried and then rolled in a cinnamon sugar mixture, this treat is one that can’t be beat.

Here’s what you’ll need:

6 cheese danish
3 eggs
2 cups milk
1 tbsp vanilla
2 cups flour
3 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp sugar
vegetable oil for frying
1 cup sugar + 1 tbsp cinnamon

The process is simple. Take your ready-made cheese danish and cut them into fourths. Set them aside while you crack your eggs into a bowl and whisk them. Then add milk and vanilla and stir.

In a separate bowl, add 3 tablespoons of baking powder and 6 tablespoons of sugar to your flour. Whisk the ingredients together, then combine the two bowls. Mix and let it stand for ten minutes.

Meanwhile, mix one cup of sugar with one tablespoon of cinnamon and add it to a shallow dish. When the batter is finished, drop your danish pieces into it, shake off the excess, and then drop the pieces into a vegetable oil filled pan at 375 degrees. Cook to golden brown, flip and repeat. Place the finished pieces into the cinnamon sugar mix, roll it until fully coated and place on a serving dish.

Serve them hot or let them cool, either way they are delicious!
