Disney is famous for so many of their delicious treats. Their dole whip, PBJ smoothies and funnel cake are all at the top of everyones list as far as favorites go.

But now you don’t have to wait to go to Disney World to enjoy their fantastic funnel cakes…you can make them in the comfort of your own home!

Although making the trip to Disney World might be a once in a lifetime treat, these funnel cakes should be had more often than that!

Thanks to Let’s Eat Fiction, you can make these tasty dish any time you want!

All you need to get started is:

1 1/2 tablespoons of baking powder
2 cups of all-purpose flour
2 cups of milk
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 eggs
2 1/2 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
vegetable oil
powdered sugar

Directions:

In a large bowl, mix together your eggs, vanilla, sugar and milk until it’s combined. Slowly add your flour, salt and baking powder. Stir as you go to make sure you end up with a smooth batter.

In a deep pan heat 1-inch of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. When your oil is ready, use your funnel to pour the batter into the oil in a circular motion.

When one side of your funnel cake is brown, use kitchen tongs to flip it over. Remove from the heat and let it drip off over some paper towels. Sprinkle it with a generous helping of powdered sugar and then ENJOY!
