You might think that iced coffee is only ideal for warmer weather. But if you are a true coffee lover, you might drink iced coffee all year round. I know I sure do! As much as I love the drink, it is hard to make it on my own. I tend to leave it up to McDonald’s or Starbucks.
If you sympathize with me, then you will find this tutorial to be a godsend. We’ve discovered the simplest way to make this amazing drink.
Iced coffees are made in a variety of ways, but essentially they come down to two formats. First, you can make hot coffee the way you normally would and then cool it by letting it drip directly into ice. Or, you can try another format– the cold-brew. With this method, as the name indicates, the coffee is never hot. You put grounds in cold water and let it steep there for hours before drinking.
For this DIY, we will follow the first method. First, brew your favorite coffee, then pour into ice cube trays. Freeze for a couple of hours or even overnight, then remove from the freezer. Add the coffee cubes to a glass, then add your favorite milk. Stir and enjoy the divine drink any time of the year!
You’re welcome!
