Never Throw Out Your Broken Makeup Again With This Easy DIY Powder Fix

Many women commit many beauty sins, but clinging to old makeup is one of the greatest. Unfortunately, it may also be a breeding ground for all sorts of creepy eye infections, like pinkeye. Who wants that? Overall, makeup that contains water is at a higher risk for going bad than powder makeup. But with those incredible costs attached to our favorite products, why go out and buy that must-needed foundation when you can fix it yourself?

Here is a hack to preserve that favorite foundation that has harden and cracked. To fix powder makeup, you need the compact, a plastic sandwich bag, rubbing alcohol, a spoon and a knife.

Remove the powder from the compact and place into the Ziplock bag. Using the spoon, crush the powder in the bag. Pour the powder back into the compact, and add a cork full of rubbing alcohol.

When the alcohol is incorporated, mold with the spoon and pat dry with paper towel. The end result is a foundation that is as good as new.

Amazing!
