All you need is a mug, stickers, and oil-based sharpies. Apply the stickers to your mug and create designs around the stickers. In this tutorial, she creates a dotted design with the different colored sharpies.

Next, remove the stickers and bake in an oven at 350° for 30 minutes. When taking out the mug, be sure to use mittens, it will be piping hot. When the mug has cooled, use a we towel to ensure the marks become permanent.
