You can make a lovely “stained glass” vase for under $10. You’ll need a glass vase, small glass bowl, liquid glue, a paintbrush, scissors, and complimentary colors of tissue paper.

To make your fabulous vase, first cut your sheets of tissue paper into small 1” squares. Pour about 3 tablespoons of glue into your small glass bowl. Then, dip your paintbrush into the liquid glue and “paint” a small 1” section of the vase. Stick one of your tissue paper squares on top, then fully cover it with a thin layer of glue. Do the same with the remaining squares until your entire vase is fully covered.

Leave the vase out to dry for about 6 hours.

Tada! You have a gorgeous “stained-glass” vase to display your favorite flowers in tomorrow! Be sure to invite over some guests to “oh and aw”over your handiwork!
