It’s not everyday a professional chef whips you up a 3-course meal of all of your favorite dishes. A plate decked with a taco drizzled with spicy salsa, a burger adorned with fresh lettuce, and spaghetti topped with juicy meatballs is something that only happens in dreams. For these lucky people, they’re getting all that… and then some!

Freshpet conducted a food experiment where they invited a dozen people to try their dog food amidst “exquisite” human cuisine. This pet food company was so confident in the quality of their food, they believed people would actually enjoy it.

The company disguised its packaged canine chow within meals prepared by professional chefs and recorded their reaction to the taste. From Mmm to It’s really tasty, the unsuspecting food testers boasted about the amazing taste of their meals.

Then, the truth was revealed. The chef walks into the room with a silver platter, removes the lid, and reveals Freshpet packaged dog food. Needless to say, they were shocked!

Some scrunched their face in disgust while others gagged, but nearly all of their reactions made me laugh out loud.
