My mom taught me everything I know when it comes to gardening. Without her I wouldn’t know how to keep a plant alive! In honor of Mother’s Day being just around the corner, what better way to show mom a little love and appreciation than witch a batch of these garden-inspired treats! 

I had no idea that you can actually bake food in those little terracotta pots, but you can and let me tell you, it’s ADORABLE!

All you have to do is line your terracotta pots with cupcake liners, fill them with your favorite cake batter and bake as you normally would. After they’ve finished baking and have cooled it’s time for the fun part! Frost your planted cupcakes so they resemble beautiful pots of flowers.

Even if mom isn’t a fan of gardening, I’m pretty sure she’ll LOVE this gorgeous floral treat!
