We often hear how attractive French men are, but now we really get to see the truth thanks to a steamy French firefighter calendar turning heads across the globe. There is something about unclothed French firefighters that is just so jaw-dropping.
Photographer Fred Goudon is responsible for the delectable shots of the men from across France. The purpose? To raise money for the charity Pompier Sans Frontieres—a non-profit that supplies humanitarian aid.
Indeed, one international website called it “the most stunning 2016 calendar you’ve ever seen.” One looks at the pictures, and it becomes clear why the calendar has got internet users around the world hot and bothered.

The calendar features everything from an entirely nude firefighter in the shower to topless firemen out the front of the station, gazing steely-eyed off into the distance. But Goudon thinks it’s not just the pecs and the six packs that we’re drawn to, it’s also because firefighters have an almost mythical power over the public.

We think of firefighters are heroes, and each day they go out there to save people’s lives. It doesn’t hurt that they are well-built with bodies carved by the Gods themselves. Don’t you agree?
