Weddings are phenomenal. It is a glorious event where friends and family get to see the bride and groom begin the first day of the rest of their lives together. But amidst all the glory that occurs on the big day, my favorite event is the newly-wed couple’s first dance together.
First dances are not as conventional as they use to be. Couples are now incorporating their personal style into the signature dance. All eyes are on them at that moment so, why not kick off the first with some style?
Mr. and Mrs. Brubaker seemed like any other loving bride and groom showcasing their affinity for each other with their first dance, but these newlyweds had something else in store for their guests.
The couple starts their dance in a traditional style dancing to Righteous Brothers’ “Unchained Melody.” A minute later, things lose all semblance of normality when the music screeched to a halt. Now the fun is ready to begin!
Unexpectedly, Sir Mix-A-Lot “I Like Big Butts,” comes on and the couple busts a move! Looks like this couple has been practicing for some time since their butt shakes are perfectly synchronized!
At one point, the bride falls into the arms of her groom, and he twirls her in between his legs. Awesome!
If you enjoyed the Brubakers as much as we did, please SHARE the love and pass it on.
