Grandma Sharon has just underwent a bone marrow transplant and brain surgery. She was still recovering on the day of her granddaughter Taylor’s graduation and wasn’t able to attend the memorable event. So, family connected her to a live stream of the ceremony so that she can watch her granddaughter graduate while she stay in her hospital bed. But just as this grandmother thought the family did all they could, they surprise she doesn’t see coming!

Watch as Sharon emotionally waits for her granddaughter to walk along the stage to receive her diploma. After  a few names are called, she gets impatient, but just in time for the principal of the school to announce that Taylor could not attend the graduation because, “she has a surprise for someone special in her life.” Dressed in her cap and gown, Taylor enters the hospital room to surprise her grandmother and leaves everyone in tears!
