Twenty years ago, Jessica lost her mother, but her loving and kindhearted father stepped up to raise her the best he could. She’s an only child, so her father could only dream of welcoming more children into his family.

When Jessica finally got pregnant, she and her husband couldn’t be more ecstatic to break the news to Grandpa-to-be. They took Jessica’s father out for lunch and decided to wait until the food had settled before surprising him to tears of joy.

He opens up the gift, sees a baby pacifier and immediately realizes the gift he is truly getting. His genuine tears of happiness even made my eyes water!

He wanted so badly to become a Grandpa, and now his dreams are finally coming true! Based on his heartfelt response, he is going to be the best Grandpa to his little grandchild. Congratulations to the happy family!
