I always knew people dyed flowers, but never in a million years did I think it was THIS easy!

With a little help from The Crafty Chica, we follow along on her first try with creating DIY tie-dye roses! She warns us that since this was only her first attempt, she believes with practice even better results can be achieved! (However, I’m thoroughly impressed with her final product this first time around!)

All you need is a tie-dye kit that can be found at any craft store, a bouquet of roses, a few plastic cups for each color, and a knife. By simply cutting a slice into the stems, when they are placed into the cups of dye, the color is sucked up and distributed throughout the petals! How cool!! I think this rainbow effect is so beautiful!
