Woman Creates Hilarious “Hello” Parody in Attempts to Get Free Concert Tickets

We have seen numerous Adele parodies since she dropped her single “Hello” and shattered all records. Her upcoming tour sold out in mere minutes and prices have risen on the secondary market to a ridiculous sum of $1000 or more in some states. The sparse availability of tickets has driven one fan to make a parody pleading for an opportunity to attend her show.

Charlottesville, Virginia resident Janee Bradford recorded herself singing a parody of Adele’s mega-hit and in it, asks the British chanteuse for free concert tickets. Starting with the now iconic lyric “Hello, it’s me…” Bradford continues with comical musings about how she’s “broke” and wonders if Adele “could send two tickets for free.”

The comical but harmonic plea highlights the fact that the tickets are “too high,” and “times have changed.” Since posting her hilarious video to Facebook, it’s gone viral, amassing more than 3.8 million views, more than 85,000 shares and even landing Bradford on local and international television.

This amateur totally deserves tickets to the Washington D.C. show in October! I also think if she does receive a free pair from the phenomenal vocalist, she would have started a new trend.

What do you think about the shameless plea?
