Gordon Ramsay is at it again to teach us how to cook the PERFECT steak with just a stove and a pan! Just because it may be too cold outside to grill, doesn’t mean you can’t cook up a juicy, delicious steak!
Right off the bat, Ramsay teaches us that the most important step is to take the steak out of the fridge 20 minutes before you cook it. That way you don’t have to burn the outside just to heat up the middle.
Then, he shows us the perfect technique to get an evenly cooked steak in no time. Note: it’s all about flipping!
I definitely have to try out this method! All it takes is a few minutes, a couple simple ingredients and voila! You’ll have a delicious meal in no time!
