I LOVE ice cream sandwiches and I didn’t think there was anything you could do to improve them…until now!

It turns out you can make a quick and easy ice cream cake using ice cream sandwiches and whipped cream! Set three sandwiches down in a square and frost with whipped cream.

Continue alternating sandwiches and whipped cream until you’ve reach the desired height and then frost the edges like a cake.

Voila! You are left with a quick and simple dessert that will WOW your guests!
