Getting a glimpse at life in North Korea is rare, but when it happens, it never fails to be fascinating — and oftentimes shocking.

Taking place at the Children’s Palace in Pyongyang, a group of young gymnasts absolutely rock the house with their amazing routine. Though it’s unclear why the girls are performing, it’s obvious that it’s some sort of festival or a part of nationwide games.

The performance of course has some apparent propaganda vibes, but it doesn’t take away from the fact that the girls are stunning performers. While North Korea has a lot of political and social issues, producing wonderful gymnasts is obviously not one of them.

Check out the video and prepare to be mesmerized. The routine is total Olympics level quality. Between their flips, their jumps, and their ability to smile while living in North Korea, we don’t know what’s more impressive. In all seriousness, though, we’re super impressed. That just might be one of the greatest gymnastics performances we’ve ever seen.
