This video of a person handling a $50 bill that turns out to actually be a $10 bill is one of the craziest things I’ve seen in quite some time.

Maybe I’ve never spent a lot of time handling large bills, but I would’ve been completely taken if someone handed me this $50 imposture. While I don’t know if the person in the video is in the business of giving out these counterfeit bills, but she sure has a great eye and managed to catch a fake or simply wanted to share a really cool trick. 

I’ve watched the video a few times now trying to figure out just how it was done, but I can’t seem to figure it out. I’m assuming that a $50 bill is copied and then a $10 bill is somehow stamped to look like the $50. What do you think? It’s crazy to think just how authentic it looks.

Would you be able to spot this fake bill if it were given to you? Perhaps after watching this video, I’ll be eyeing money a little more carefully.
