It’s been happening for the better part of our lives and it’s something EVERY woman has in common. That’s right, I’m talking about that monthly visitor we all know and love. NOT!
Mother Nature affects us all in different ways each month – we might get moody, or bloated, or want to eat everything in sight. But the one thing that’s true for all us ladies is that in one way or another, we get SOME symptom of PMS.
But believe it or not, our lady parts can be quite complicated and there’s WAY more that goes with PMS than I thought. For example, did you know that our cycles affect us EVERY day of the month, not just during one week.
There’s a whole list of other outrageous facts about our monthly cycles that I NEVER knew until I saw this video! Did you know that in some countries PMS is a reason to lower a jail sentence? Pretty crazy, huh?
Also, this one is for all you chocolate lovers out there! Chocolate can actually help fatigue and brain fog we usually get during that time of the month. So don’t feel guilty about eating that Hershey bar, it’s good for your health.
