Take it from four year-old Jessica. She knows all about the importance of starting the day on a good note.

Standing confidently in front of the mirror, Jessica looks herself square in the eye and full of optimism, she lists off all the things in life she is thankful for.

From “My house is great” to “I can do anything good,” Jessica doesn’t leave out one piece of positivity!

Judging by her upbeat personality and encouraging attitude, I think this little one is on to something!

I think I’ll try to begin my days with some sort of declaration of happiness too. I mean hey, it couldn’t hurt!
